Cumhurbaşkanı Erdoğan’ın eşi Emine Erdoğan, TRT bünyesinde 2017 yılında kurulan sosyal sorumluluk girişimi TRT World Citizen tarafından bu yıl ikincisi Hasköy İplik Fabrikasında düzenlenen ödül törenine katıldı.
Ödül töreninin hemen öncesinde verilen yemekte bir görevli, Haluk Levent’in yanına gelerek Yusuf İslam’ın kendisi ile tanışmak istediğini belirtti. Haluk Levent de Yusuf İslam’ın oturduğu yere doğru gidip sohbet etmeye başladı.
Haluk Levent İngilizce konuşmaya çalışırken hemen araya Emine Erdoğan girerek Haluk Levent’e tercümanlık yaptı. Haluk Levent Yusuf İslam’a “Sizin ‘Lisa Lisa’ şarkınızı çok dinlerdim” dedi. Emine Erdoğan da “Evet ben de çok dinlerdim” diyerek sohbete dahil oldu.
